Job Purpose

This role is required to manage the customer experience helpdesk, by tracking and managing customer issues and ensuring prompt resolution. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams and delivery teams to ensure optimal customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain customer issues on project records, using enterprise solutions for customer relationship and project management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional enabling functions (project management, commercial, etc.) and delivery team to track, monitor and report resolution to issues
  • Track issue history and collaborate with project team to ensure prompt resolution of issue logs, with the objective of enhancing customer experience
  • Manage customer experience helpdesk by coordinating timely responses to customer queries
  • Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards
  • Maintain client directory of active projects and enable roll-out of annual customer satisfaction surveys
  • Identify and ensure all documentation are in compliance with regulatory requirements and appropriately assembled and archived

  • Adhere to all procedures related to data integrity
  • Ensure there is no violation of any environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements all the times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
  • Ensure to always wear all required PPE
  • Understand and demonstrate that you are responsible for safety of self & colleagues by following all necessary safety protocols at all times
  • Identify near-misses and potential incidents proactively and communicate those
  • Attend all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate Degree in any discipline (Life Sciences/ Chemical Sciences/ Pharma would be an advantage)
  • ITIL, ITSM or equivalent certification in service management

Technical/functional Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (CEFR-B1), with collaboration and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills, effectively using Microsoft office tools (Linkedin skill badge in MS-Excel is a must)
  • Familiarity with Project online, CRM and CLM tools (e.g. SalesForce) is an advantage


  • 5-7 years of total experience in Service Management in any industry (Prior experience in Biotech/Pharma/Clinical Research industry will be an advantage)
