Roles and Responsibilities

Technical requirements:

• The candidate must have experience in the DCS, SCADA system and MES.
• The candidate must have good operating knowledge of equipments like Reactors, Crystallizers, sparkler filter, Pressure nutsche filter, Agitated nutche filters, Vacuum tray Dryer, RCVD and Multi Mill etc.
• Hands on experience in Decanter centrifuge, Wiped Film Evaporator, ATFE and Gravity column system is preferable.

GMP requirements:

• Candidate should have good exposure in regulatory audits like FDA, MHRA and TGA etc.
• Candidate should be capable of performing shift related activity and shop floor activity like shift planning, material arrangement, documentation, batch processing, cleaning activity of equipments / area, equipment maintenance, etc.
• Hands on experience required in SAP system relevant to the API manufacturing.
• Good experience in equipment qualifications and new product validations.
• Coordination with Maintenance and Instrumentation team for Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown activities of Process equipment’s.
• Good knowledge in QMS like Deviation, CCF, CAPA, OOS, OOT, etc.
• Maintaining good housekeeping in the work premises.
